United Partners won the only Award for Bulgaria from IPRA Golden World Awards in Doha, Qatar

According to the jury of the prestigious competition, Bulgaria has realized the best International PR campaign in the World.

United Partners won the only award for Bulgaria from the Golden World Awards, organized by the International PR Association – IPRA. At the official ceremony in Doha, Qatar, the agency was distinguished in one of the most significant categories – “International PR campaign” for its work on the EE MUSIC (Energy Efficient Music Culture) project. This is the first award an agency from Central and East Europe wins in this category in the history of the prestigious PR awards.

The EE Music project aims to educate organizers of festivals, concerts and other big music events in whole Europe about the ways their work impacts the environment and to provide them with useful tools how to increase energy efficiency and sustainability of their events. The project was implemented with the financial support of the “Intelligent Energy Europe” programme by the European Commission. In just over three years the project activities brought results to key countries such as Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, UK and others. EE MUSIC was endorsed by musicians, DJ artists, energy experts and organizers of some of the biggest festivals in Europe, popular with their well-established sustainability programs and activities to preserve the environment.

The awarding ceremony was attended by United Partners representatives, Metin Kazak, Bulgaria’s ambassador to Qatar, jazz singer Yildiz Ibrahimova and piano player Zhivko Petrov. “I am honored to support Bulgarian entrepreneurs in their efforts to develop international business, prove their professionalism on a global level and contribute to Bulgaria in the world,” said Mr Kazak.

At the gala dinner in Doha, Qatar, IPRA gave a total of 56 awards to communication agencies and internal PR teams from around the world in various categories of professional communications – corporate communications, product campaigns, CSR projects, crisis communication, communication in social networks.
