The campaigns of the agency with BAYER and VMware were chosen as best in Bulgaria in the categories „Corporate Social Responsibility“ and “Employer Branding”
United Partners once again managed to uphold its position of a leading independent agency for integrated marketing communications in Bulgaria after receiving 3 awards in the annual awards of the Bulgarian Association of PR Agencies (BAPRA).
During the ceremony which took place on Thursday night, United Partners won the awards in 2 categories, including the prestigious „Corporate Social Responsibility“ (for the project Bayer Science lab) and “Employer branding” (for the campaign with VMware).
Among the winners in the category “Campaigns for internal communication” (third place) was the project by VIVACOM and United Partners “Code of Ethics”. “Code of Ethics” is one of many successful campaigns for internal communication that the telecom achieved together with United Partners in 2016. The main goal of the project was to help VIVACOM’s employees to engage and recognize the corporate values of the company via an interactive virtual gamification.
The successful story for United Partners at Bright Awards 2017 surely was the first places in two of the most prestigious and important categories – “Corporate Social Responsibility” and “Employer branding”.
The project Bayer Science lab addresses a problem in the Bulgarian educational system – namely that in an era of growing technologies and communications knowledge in natural sciences is still presented with no “learning by experience” tools relying on theory rather than practice and demonstrations. The children’s laboratory for fun and applied chemistry was located at the Earth and Man National Museum in Sofia for ten days and was visited by approximately 900 students from the capital. During the initiative, the children participated in interesting experiments which showed them the fun side of chemistry and biology.
The innovative project United Partners and technology leader VMware, winner in the category “Employer branding”, is also among the five finalists in the category “Employer branding” in the international EMEA SABRE Awards. What makes this project impressive is the development of a mobile application that allows users to virtually experience what the company offers as an employer. Through this innovative approach for employer branding, United Partners is positioned as a leader in the innovative solutions in the field of communications in the region.
“I am very happy that United Partners was honored from BAPRA for a consecutive year. These awards stimulate not only us, but also our colleagues in the industry to constantly raise the level of service we offer to our customers. It is very exciting for us to receive recognition for our constant work towards innovation in marketing communications by implementing them in our everyday life. Our main goal is to prove that a Bulgarian communications agency such as United Partners is capable of providing consultations and services in line with global developments” said Maria Gergova-Bengtsson, Managing director of United Partners.

The recognition for United Partners is even more valuable as this year’s BAPRA Awards included a record number of 80 projects from 20 agencies and 6 companies and associations.
