As PR professionals learning culture is a must. We read, read and read – books, articles, magazines, blogs, features, interviews, white papers, case studies, award entries. We also visit different events and conferences. We attend trainings with local or international partners. In PR is important to be in trend and to know the latest news about services, tools and opportunities. We just love to learn, because learning makes you feel excited and cool. That’s why main part of our values is our Learning culture.
Adding the cool factor, we are eager to share the knowledge. Sharing makes you feel complete, because you help others to grow too. That’s why we share knowledge within the team. We have created new internal campaign called Spread the knowledge. It something like spreading positive vibes to people around you, bud different, because we spread what we have learnt to all UPeople. When somebody attends a conference, a training or an event, they share interesting facts, insights and learnings with the team. There are no rules for the sharing format. The big idea is to know how these insights can help us to do better in our job, create more successful campaigns, achieve better results.
Learning is a repetitious process. We organize Spread the knowledge campaign every month.
